How easy is it? It's as easy as can be! There is no reason to be afraid of taking care of a newborn's intact body. It was designed as God/nature intended it to be, needing only simple wiping and rinsing. In contrast, taking care of a circumcised newborn (a raw wound) is much, much harder and incredibly sad.

You do not retract the foreskin since the only person who should ever retract the foreskin is the child himself. A quick wipe only of what you can see is all that's needed. It's just like wiping a finger. Remember to wipe from front to back so that you do not transfer feces to the genital area.
